Offering the Original Hot Yoga—and More—for Over 10 Years

Benefits of hot yoga:
The Krama Method: At Hot Yoga Eindhoven, all classes are guided by the Krama Method—a progressive, step-by-step approach to yoga rooted in the Vinyasa Krama tradition of T. Krishnamacharya.
Each class is intelligently structured to build strength, mobility, and awareness in a safe, effective, and sustainable way.
Our hot classes (37–39°C) include the Original Hot 90 (26+2) alongside original in-house programs such as Hot Core 60, Hot Strength 60, and Double Strength 75. These classes are grounded in a Hatha Yoga-based approach emphasizing functional alignment, stability, and space between postures.
Our Flow and Pilates classes (27–35°C) follow a more Vinyasa-based approach, linking movement and breath in a fluid and dynamic way. Classes such as Yin Yang integrate both active flow and slower, deeper release.
All classes are progressive and purposeful, designed with the understanding that the body can become a gateway to the mind. The program is developed and guided by a yoga therapist, integrating traditional principles with a modern understanding of the mind and body, including trauma-sensitive and therapeutic approaches to movement.
Yoga Therapy: One-to-one sessions. A holistic, personalized approach.
Private & Group sessions: Schools, companies are welcome too. We offer classes specially designed to suit your needs. Contact us at [email protected].
