“I became a psychologist, sparked by my interest in people and the psyche. However, I realized that something was missing: the direct connection with the body, which holds so much wisdom and insight.
“This realization led me to yoga, where I discovered the transformative power of breath, movement, and awareness. From this experience, I developed my own holistic approach, where body and mind are woven together.
“In my classes, I create a safe and nurturing space where you can slow down, feel, and come home to yourself. Through flowing movement, mindful breathing, and a compassionate approach, I invite you to find balance and inner peace.”
