Natasha Gunn

Natasha experiences how yoga has helped her come home to herself, and find a steady ground to grow from in creativity, self-acceptance, and connection. She knows everyone has a unique path, and loves helping others find the skills and practices, step by step, to recover themselves and find balance and peace of mind. The starting point is always now.

Natasha has a background in the natural sciences, and is an emerging artist and creative writer. Her diverse training in holistic healthcare and yoga includes Trauma-sensitive yoga, Yin yoga, and Vinyasa Krama. Natasha is also a yoga therapist in the Krishnamacharya tradition, a holistic life coach and microdosing facilitator. She loves to share her experience and knowledge to help others find balance, joy and creativity in life.
