I first came to yoga for the physical benefits, drawn by the strength and dedication I saw in others and their practice. At the time, I was in my early twenties, navigating a depressive episode, unaware that yoga would become a profound source of healing. Through movement, breath, and stillness, I reconnected with my body, discovered self-compassion, and experienced the transformative power of community.
As I pursued my path as a psychologist and psychotherapist, I deepened my understanding of the mind-body connection. I began integrating yoga as a therapeutic tool, embracing a holistic, human-centered approach to wellbeing—one that nurtures not just the body, but also the mind and spirit.
Becoming a yoga teacher was a natural evolution of my journey. Today, I bring together my expertise in mental health and the wisdom of yoga to support others in their own healing and growth. My approach is gentle, trauma-informed, and heart-centered, creating a space where individuals can find balance, resilience, and self-discovery—both on and off the mat.
