My journey began with Nada Yoga — the yoga of sound — where I discovered the healing power of vibration, silence, and presence.
Over the years, my path has expanded to include Vinyasa, Therapeutic Yoga, Yin, Power Yoga, and Yoga Nidra. Each of these practices has shaped the way I teach and live: a balance between movement and stillness, strength and surrender.
From my background in bodywork and massage therapy, I bring a therapeutic and embodied approach to every class. My intention is to create a space where students can listen deeply — to their breath, to their body, and to the subtle messages that guide transformation.
For me, yoga is a return to simplicity — a space where sound becomes silence, and the body becomes a bridge to peace, clarity, and inner strength.
