My yoga journey started in 2014 when I returned to my hometown of Palo Alto, California to begin a new and demanding role managing my family’s business. Through the physical and mental challenges of yoga, I found balance and calm in an otherwise chaotic life.

From 2014 onwards, yoga became a deeply important part of my existence. Soon after, I fell in love with Hot Pilates, training with Kiersten Jakobsen and Mara Reinin at the YogaSource Palo Alto. After nearly 10 years of practice in a variety of yoga styles, including Hot Yoga, Ashtanga, Hatha, and heated flow classes, I decided to take the leap and become a teacher.

In 2023, I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training at the Green Yogi in Berkeley. I am eager to share the movement, mindfulness, and joy I found in yoga & pilates with others.

Off the mat, I enjoy cycling, running, travel, and sharing stories.
