Yoga is for Every Body – the heat helps
At Hot Yoga Eindhoven, we guide people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds through a progressive and therapeutic approach to yoga rooted in the Krama Method.
Using heat, functional movement, breath awareness, and trauma-sensitive teaching, our classes are designed to help you build strength, mobility, resilience, and connection between body and mind.
Alongside the Original Hot Yoga sequence, we offer original in-house programs, Flow classes, Pilates, Yin Yoga, and restorative practices developed to support long-term well-being and sustainable practice.

Quality Team
Led by Natasha and Hans since 2016, Hot Yoga Eindhoven has gradually evolved into a therapeutic and progressive yoga school rooted in the Krama Method, functional movement, and mindful practice.
Our teachers bring diverse backgrounds and experience in yoga, Pilates, movement, mindfulness, and therapeutic approaches to practice. We value clear guidance, respect for individual differences, and creating a supportive environment where students can practice safely and progressively.
As a team, we are passionate about sharing yoga in a way that is welcoming, grounded, and accessible to modern life.
holistic approach & natural heating method
We believe yoga is more than exercise. Our classes are designed to support both physical and mental well-being through intelligent sequencing, breath awareness, functional movement, and nervous system regulation.
Our studio uses a natural air-heating system designed to create an evenly heated and well-ventilated environment. This supports comfortable warmth, healthy sweating, circulation, and ease of breathing during practice.

Why practice Yoga?
People come to yoga for many different reasons — to build strength, improve mobility, reduce stress, recover from injury, improve focus, or reconnect with themselves.
Over time, yoga often becomes much more than physical exercise. Through consistent practice, many students discover greater resilience, awareness, balance, and well-being both on and off the mat.
As teachers, we have also experienced challenges that first brought us to yoga. Over time, yoga has offered us practical tools for navigating life with greater awareness, steadiness, and connection — and we are passionate about sharing these practices with others.
Workshops & continuing education
Alongside regular classes, we offer workshops, retreats, and specialist sessions exploring yoga therapy, functional movement, breathwork, mindfulness, restorative practices, and therapeutic approaches to well-being.
Co-founder Natasha Gunn is a Yoga Therapist trained in the Krishnamacharya tradition and integrates these approaches throughout classes, workshops, retreats, and one-to-one therapeutic work.
EXPERIENCED & CONTINUALLY LEARNING
Our teachers have completed professional yoga training and continue developing their knowledge through ongoing education, practice, and teaching experience.
As a school, we value curiosity, diversity of experience, and continued learning grounded in both traditional yoga and modern understanding of the body and mind.
RETREATS & SPECIAL EVENTS
Alongside our regular classes, we occasionally offer retreats, workshops, and special events designed to support deeper rest, reflection, movement, and connection. These experiences integrate yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, therapeutic movement, and time in nature to help our community members step away from daily stress and reconnect more fully with themselves.
Holding things together
Behind the scenes, Hans Jakusch, co-founder, yoga teacher and food coach, supports the school through technical expertise, sustainable heating systems, and maintaining a comfortable, well-ventilated practice environment for students and teachers alike.
