Before the meeting, unless you have met and discussed this with our in-house yoga therapist, Natasha, at the studio, you are advised to book a free Clarity call with Natasha (15 min on Zoom) which includes an intake form to help you clarify what you need.
Natasha also holds free topic-based Women’s Circles at Hot Yoga Eindhoven which you can sign up for via her website Awake Yoga. Groups are small (10 max) so sign up early – if the group is full, you will be included in the wait list for the next session and invited again.
