Jogging used to be my passion, but following a knee operation, running was no longer an option. I tried other sports but nothing worked for me. A friend suggested that I try Bikram yoga. I tried a class and never looked back. Hot Yoga gives me focus and calm, working on both a physical and mental level. I used to have arthritis in my back, but with yoga practice my symptoms have vanished. Following my passion, in 2017 I did a Yoga Alliance registered 200-hour Hot Yoga Teacher Training. I followed this, in 2019 with a 50-hour Yoga Teacher Tuneup with Natasha Gunn at HYE. I notice that our spirit always has reasons to avoid regular yoga practice, but when you begin you notice that emotional, and physical issues are gradually released.

All teachers
