Natasha Gunn

“Yoga is for everyone, and our practice develops and changes as we move through our lives.” Natasha’s diverse yoga teacher training (from 2003 till now and ongoing – learning is a life’s journey) includes Transformative Yoga, Hot Yoga, Astanga Vinyasa, Trauma-sensitive yoga and Yin, with Anat Geiger and Marcell de Vis. In India, she studied Vinyasa Krama Yoga, a therapeutic system for spiritual and physical development, along with the Yoga Sutras and Samkhya Karika with Ramaswami Srivatsa. She is currently following a Yoga therapy program led by Dr. Günter Niessen and Dr. Ganesh Mohan, learning how to combine the most effective aspects of traditional yoga and ayurveda with modern medicine. Living in several different countries around the world as a child and adult led Natasha to search for stability within herself. This search took her through a studies in Psychology, combined with writing and teaching. She joins her science background and creativity to facilitate the development of her students. Natasha leads the yoga teaching programme at Hot Yoga Eindhoven and the RYT-200 registered Art Awake Yoga Teacher Training which is running in at Hot Yoga Eindhoven for the first time in 2019. Her biggest challenge has been motherhood!
