My path is tantra, but I love other yoga practices. After 10 years of doing Ashtanga yoga, I discovered Yin Yoga. I loved the experience; the stillness, the letting go, the profound, but reachable, depths, the dynamics of each pose tuning in subtly with what the body needs at that moment. Of course there are physical benefits to this: Yin has healed me from a chronic back issue and a torn meniscus. But what I particularly want to share with my students is the journey deep within where another world opens up. A gentle way to be in the present, to find a place that is totally in harmony with the world, peaceful and free.
