I’ve been totally in love with yoga for 15 years now! When the pandemic hit, yoga was my rock, helping me navigate through those tough times. So, in 2020, I decided to take my passion to the next level and enrolled in a yoga teacher training.
Yoga has been a game-changer for me. Since I’ve been Practicing yoga a few times a week, the chronic pain and anxiety I’ve been dealing with is much more manageable. It’s not just about the poses; it’s about appreciating and connecting with my body.
I truly believe that everyone’s got a yoga body, and I try my best to spread this message in my classes. It’s not about being perfect or super flexible; it’s about embracing your own uniqueness and journey.
